Olaolu Slawn
Olaolu Slawn
After moving from Nigeria to London, Slawn began working outside formal systems, first through WAFFLESNCREAM and later through painting that leaned into instinct, humor, and disruption rather than polish.
From becoming the youngest designer of the BRIT Awards statuette to staging large scale exhibitions like his one thousand canvas show at Saatchi Yates, his work has also crossed into music, including recent artwork for 21 Savage.
As visibility grows, Slawn resists institutional framing, treating art as something built through momentum and access rather than permission. His practice stays rooted in independence, creating space for new worlds to form on their own terms.
