"People ask why a pawn shop. My question is, why wouldn’t we? We already spend our days helping people understand value, discover unique pieces, and make informed decisions. This is a natural extension of that."

It’s very close to the store on Mulberry. How much did that play a part in opening the pawn shop downtown instead of around the Diamond District?
